Buyer:

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website https://www.devugleaf.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
The agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product, Price, and Payment

The type, quantity, sales price of the products, shipping fee, and payment method are stated in the order summary.
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered on the website.

4. Delivery

  • Products will be delivered to the Buyer within the legal period of a maximum of 30 days.

  • Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.

  • During delivery, the product should be checked and damaged products should not be accepted.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without providing any reason.

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • in their original packaging

  • complete and undamaged

6. Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal

  • Custom-made products

  • Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons

  • Used or opened products

  • Perishable products

7. Refund

The product price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by banks.

8. General Provisions

  • By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement.

  • The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure.

  • The Seller reserves the right to correct errors in prices or content on the website.

9. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply.
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.

10. Effectiveness

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.
