Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation and Return Policy
Users who place an order through https://www.devugleaf.com are deemed to have accepted the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement presented during the order process. All sales transactions are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Delivery
Ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the buyer during the order process within the legal period of a maximum of 30 days. If delivery is not made within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs belong to the buyer.
Product Inspection
The buyer is responsible for checking the product before accepting delivery. Damaged products should not be accepted. Once the product is accepted, it is considered to be in good condition.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without providing any reason, provided that the shipping cost is covered by the buyer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. For returns, the invoice must be included (return invoice for corporate purchases).
Return and Refund
After the withdrawal notice reaches Devug Leaf, the product price will be refunded to the buyer within a maximum of 14 days. The product must be returned within a reasonable period following the notification. For refunds made via credit card, the time required for the amount to appear in the account may vary depending on the bank.
